Welcome to Midland’s Ordering System. If you visit or shop at Midland’s Ordering System, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All items purchased on this site are POD or Print On Demand. Once your order has been placed, it is sent through Midland’s manufacturing system to be produced and shipped. As such, no returns, refunds or cancellations will be accepted. All sales are final.

Damage, Defect, Shortage and No Delivery Claims

All claims for damaged or defective media, shortage, or no delivery must be reported within 30 days of the order date for orders shipping via ground or air. Claims made more than 30 days after the order date will not be considered. All claims on orders shipping via Ocean Freight must be reported within 90 days of the order date. Claims made more than 90 days after the order date will not be considered.

PRIVACY

Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. As such, we do not share or sell customer information to 3^rdparties.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Midland Information Resources reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Midland Information Resources are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit Midland’s Online Ordering System or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
